Withered Hand Set and VMA

So i got a Withered Hand Lightning Staff (absorb magicka enchant + Charged) and it says its worth like 40K. Never used this set before but i'm assuming it's pretty good?
I'm also wondering if it's a decent set to run VMA with since it restores both health and magicka, making for good sustainability for mages. Never run VMA before but planning to relatively soon, and wondering if i should switch to this set on my necro.

Skullstachio✭✭✭✭✭Necropotence is another good Magicka set to use if you use summonables in your rotation.(I.e. sorcerers twilight, Storm atronach & familiar, Necromancers Blastbones, Spirit mender & Slkeletal mage.)
Necromancers benefit greater from the withered hand set in combination with their “Death Gleaning Passive” while a Bone Tyrant Ability is slotted.If you see me anywhere. Know that I am sitting back with a bag of popcorn, watching as ESO burns the goodwill of its player base with practices that only disrespects the players time like it did to me and many others...
If a game does not respect your time, best thing to do is move on from it and find something else.0 -

Just go to Craglorn and join a nSS group. The trial is easy on normal and you can get False God, not perfected but it is still good.PC/EU DC0 -

It's especially good in VMA. About trials it's better to begin as DPS. Tanking trials is first of all about experience, you may be simply kicked if you don't know mechanics0
