First of all, the forums are largely for the player community, and as such, we aren't equipped to answer questions like this. Second, if a community manager response is desired/required, then generally pinging them (using @) will get their attention - though whether they are able to respond is another matter.

Best bet is to submit a support ticket when you have a problem/issue.

However, to the OP, since this is a general question about the Crown Store and why an item was removed, you may want to @ Gina or Jessica and ask them.

I can say that this happened with the New Moons Cross Sash Robe, which was removed without notice and after a thread was posted (and the OP of that thread also contacted support via a ticket), it was determined by ZOS that the item was removed by accident, and was subsequently added back to the Crown Store.

This also happened with the Kinlord's Alinor Attire, and a thread was started on that one. However, not long after, it was offered during the Black Fredas sale, so folks who were wondering about it just bought it then (well, I did, anyway). It was never returned to the Crown Store as presumably players let it drop since they had a chance to get it and on sale.

Chances are, it will return at some point during a sale or whatever. But again, I would submit a ticket and also ping Gina or Jessica here. It may be that it was removed by accident (as I never saw any announcement about it, and I reviewed all the CS showcases since it was introduced and no mention of its removal) or support could potentially assist you in purchasing it since it was removed without notice.
