Was in the middle of a 35 minute siege on a keep and game boots me. Back at window, says I'm already logged in. Tried again and said booted from server? Seriously, what gives?

The info the ZoS put on their sight about it does not cover what causes it, how to prevent it, or anything useful beyond waiting for it to resolve itself.1 -

Probably a glitch where the server desyncs with your info transmitting to it, and it loses track or can't resolve where you are.
Then it tries to coordinate where you say you are with where it thinks you are, decides there are two of you, and in different places, and kills one of 'you'.
That kind of stuff wouldn't be seen by you all the times it kills the 'other' (false) you.The problem with society these days is that no one drinks from the skulls of their enemies anymore.0 -
