If a server crash (small part of the mega server) any data it had cached (not saved on the SAN drive) is rolled back. This could be up to 300 seconds lost. They can't restore that as it was never saved and you are just going to have to deal with the lost. When there are issues on the SAN (the warehouse bug when you get mailed the CE items again and get a 'part' account reset) that can be restored.

Still /report it tho, so they can find out the cause and hopefully fix it.
