[Class Change Token] why we might never see it

All ZOS needs to do is introduce one more product -- "zoom to level 50"

Then your "class change token" with "free alliance change" is (1) roll a new toon (2) buy level 50 jumpstart (3) buy all your skyshard unlocks (4) buy all your skill line unlocks

Not enough toons? Buy another unlock if you're not already at 18. Which is really a stupidly large amount unless you are running a Daily Writs sweatshop.

If they do introduce class change, I really don't see it being less than 5 digits in Crowns.

As of right now, this only applies to a select few "World" skill lines, I believe (i.e. Fighters Guild). Not all class skill lines, so given your slippery slope there is still going to be some work needed by the user.

The reason I want a class change token is because I've spent years playing every quest with a single character and have additional dialogues and throwbacks due to this that I don't want to lose.

A class change token would allow me to play another class while also continuing the same story. Wouldn't even mind having to grind from level 1 to 50 again tbh as long as I'd continue the same story.

Why would they offer full lv 50 toon? They figured out the way to take parts and make money. Think about it for a min.

Xp
Horse training
Skyshards
Skill lines
Crafting time
Sure there is more.

By doing this it brings in way more money than a fast lv 50 toon. If they were to do that they would lose xp scrolls. This is really smart of them to keep getting money in. Not sure if you seen that youtube vid about the guy telling other companies how to monetize the game, it's like zos hired this man.

Also didnt want to edit my post, in that video the guy says to get more money out of people let them pay for convenience lol. So this is all out of the playbook. If you have not seen it watch it. You might be shocked at how well zos follows the plan. I'll prob get suspended for this. Has anyone seen Antonio lol.

Just apply enlightenment to pre-50 levels.

If it was designed a "catch-up mechanic" for more casual players, I never understood why it only applied to CP levels to begin with.

You're probably right. The financial incentives for them are probably too great for them to ever give us class change tokens. I still want them though.
