PC NA.
Ok, maybe not kidnapped but he is not in the sanctuary when I go to do a Sacrament quest. No arrow, no Speaker, nothing. I can see other people starting the quest.
Things I've tried (I have very limited knowledge of what to do on PC). Leaving and reentering, travel back and forth between zones, closing the game entirely and restarting and lastly closing the game and rebooting my computer. I have tried several times throughout the day to no avail. I was able to do the heist and know I haven't done the sacrament yet because I have an even number of event tickets. At the start and throughout the event I have an odd number at the end of the day.
The only thing I have done differently today is download the PTS. Could that cause a problem because I would prefer not to delete and reinstall.
Any advice? Should I just submit a ticket? It's a little annoying that I will miss some tickets due to this.

✭✭✭I had a similar experience and came to realize it wasn't a bug, on my part. I had progressed to the last quest in the DB storyline, so the Speaker was waiting elsewhere in the sanctuary to assign it to me. I had to complete it in order for him to move back to his usual spot and offer me dailies. Could this be the case for you?✨🐦✨ Blackfeather Court Commission ✨🐦✨1 -

Funny you should say that. That's exactly where I was and what I did. He was back when I finished the mission

✭✭Myself missed 2 event tickets before I realized DB storyline progression was the problem and finished the quest.0
