Yeah.. but... Fighters guild is a base game skill line... NB is also base game class...Fighters guild is now a paid skill line so you better believe the stuff in it will become more powerful than class skills lol
Title pretty much... With the recent change to Fighters Guild skill which now acts as an improved and better fear that everyone has access to, NB fear needs some added utility to set itself apart or a complete rework.

Yeah I agree. The skill is a little weak and could use some love.
I would give it a damage or healing over time effect like path of darkness has.
