Things we’ve been asking for for a while that already have ingame assets as props, weapon and armour furnishings, doors, building materials, plants, small boats and other vehicles, etc.
A little bit more furnish space(especially collectibles that should be doubled from 10 to 20, and definitely since the notable houses are only increasing in size despite the community asking for smaller houses).
Smaller houses and non-crown store exclusive houses (at this point the notable houses available for gold are already out numbered by their CS only counterparts)
And the list goes on

New furniture of existing styles - Definitely, will combine with point 4. Re-master the original racial styles and add in more new furnishing.
Hireable housing NPCs - Highly doubt this will ever happen.
Interactive items - Instruments are kinda making an appearance, not as many people imagined but it's a start. Also, being able to lie on a bed shouldn't be pie-in-the-sky.
More available homes for purchase - Only if they are Medium - Large and purchasable with gold + crowns. Give me houses in existing towns that dont have any i.e. Shornhelm.
More decorative-only items - There should just be variant colours of purely decorative items available, 3 would be enough with a drop-down menu.
System updates - Add a few more player slots to the smaller and medium houses. I'd prefer the ability to combine smaller items into 1 large item, they don't seem to be able to increase the overall item limit.
My own personal wish to add to the list - Allow 2v2, 3v3 and 4v4 ''Duelling'' in houses depending on house size.2 -

It would also be helpful to have more and greater variety of stocked items — like several versions of full bookshelves, for instance.
I would love to see more nature furnishings and environmental effects — specifically a pool or pond for the waterfall (which needs sound!), fog, cobwebs, etc.
I also feel that “clutter” such as a pile of papers should be easier to obtain!
Are there weapon furnishings at all?
Interractable items and NPCs would be great, but I would also really love to be able to place some of my characters in the home, ideally engaged in a particular action / emote, visible only when I log in with other characters, but that is probably too much!
Finally, want to say that I really love ESO housing and finally no longer miss my SWTOR housing (decorating hooks are evil!) although the Yavin grotto was nice.

I'd really love to see more clutter items since they can't seem to increase the item limit.
A specific lighting slider for housing, so that we can make it brighter if we wish, without have to take up item slots for lots of lights.
And, more gold-purchasable houses of all sizes, even in DLC zones. Add houses to major cities that don't have any housing - even if it's just an apartment or small home. I understand that housing is a revenue generator for ZOS, but having the majority of new homes locked behind the CS or Chapter paywall is getting old.0
