Why do they have to improve servers in order to improve performance if they can limit skills like orb and grand healing to 1 per person a time?

✭✭✭✭✭Orb will be more than one person from what I understand of Brian's update, just limited to one Orb (which doesn't vanish).
Also improving servers may not fix the issue, if it was hardware issues ZOS could have solved it a long time ago and avoided all the bad PR. Looks more likely that it's all how the game and server are talking to each other.@Turelus - EU PC Megaserver
