Zos forgot Surge and Dark Exchange morphs in v5.1.0 Patch notes

With the new changes to resource agnostic healing sources using your highest crit chance rather than random depending on the ability, zos lists dark exchange as one of the abilities changed.
However they forgot that crit surge is also resource agnostic, it only is affected by % based modifiers like dark exchange. So Crit surge and morphs should also be included with this change
Another problem with this change is that they made dark exchange morphs use whatever crit is the highest, this wont matter since the ability doesn't crit at all currently. (this was possibly/hopefully changed without them including it in the patch notes)
Now in Cp another problem will still stand that these abilities will be using the wrong Crit modifier for what the class uses:
-on a stamsorc you are not going to be slotting points into elfborn(mag ability crits) to modify Dark deal and Crit surge.
-on a magsorc you will not be slotting precise strikes(stam ability crits) to modify Dark conversion.

MincVinyl✭✭✭✭✭I said Dark deal doesnt crit which is why the change is pointless unless they make it crit, but it will probably end up using elfborn cp since it uses mag even when the morph is intended for stamsorcs
Last I did testing Crit surge(stamsorc ability) only used spell crit and elfborn cp which is what the change zos was making is about. Since the heal is not resource based it should use whatever crit is your highest and the cp to go along with that crit.0 -

✭Guarentee my stamina werewolf with a heal based on mag crit on a health heal hasn't changed. They will need WW without knowing a dang thing about it and forgot to change core mechanics about it when they change everything else.Wuuffyy,
