[Support Skill] Cleanse change is too OP

This skill will now
  • Purge:
    This ability and its morphs no longer reduce the duration of incoming negative effects.
    Increased the amount of negative effects instantly removed per cast to 3 from 2.
    This ability now ranks up in cost reduction, leading to a base cost of 7830 at Rank IV.
    Cleanse (morph):
  • This morph no longer heals for 15% of the target’s Max Health if a negative effect was removed from them, but instead heals for 7-10% of their Max Health per negative effect removed.

In pvp and zerg group Cleanse will now cost 7830 magicka, will remove 3 negative effect from every group players and heals everyone for 30% of their max health.
So for 20k health in general, this Cleanse heals for 6k health instantly.
now imagine 2 healers in the same group casting at the same time Cleanse where everyone has 6 negative effects min. that's 60% of their health back instantly.

So the new meta is to run 2 players with cleanse and enough magicka pool to keep all the group alive ?

    I can see your concern but think about it... Does everyone in the Zerg always have 6 negative effects on them every second?
    It’s more likely they’ll be getting 7% heals (1400hp lol) or rather, 0, at least the majority will.

    in bg you always got al least 6 negatives effects so in cyrodiil when zerg fight you may end up with more than 6 negative effects

    Have you not been in PvP recently, or in the past year+? There are ball groups where you only cast 1 skill the whole time. Your job is to Purge and thats all you do (and you usually have 4k+ regen), or you're the HealBot so all you do is Healing Springs. This is PvP now.

    agree, just put 2 bot heals in the 24 players group to heal them up and you're good to take any fight

    In Cyrodiil I have close to 20...well whatever makes the bar go from one end to the other on the screen.
