If leveling, you'll outgrow it soon so sell/decon/research.
CP160.. if it's a set you're going for bank or carry. Otherwise sell/decon/research.
That's what I do. If you're hurting for bank space, don't be a packmule. Keep only what you need/are collecting.
Or make some new characters, perhaps they can use it (or mule it)

Research what you can, maybe save some pieces (I'd recommend researching things like divines/infused, impen if you're into pvp) so that you can start transmuting to those traits when that becomes appealing to you for 'permanent' sets.
Decon everything else. Once you max out on crafting levels, you can start vendoring blues/greens/whites for pocket changed. I just decon purple/gold anymore.
Just sell it or deconstruct it if you're not using it. Most stuff in this game isn't super rare and can be acquired again. Except the BSW fire staff, leave that in the bank
Max bank space with ESO+ is 500, 250 without.
Max bag space is 200.

Burning Spellweave, a set that's used for magicka DPS. That staff is pretty elusive, and has become somewhat of a joke in the game.

So what should I do with my unused equipment? So I sell it? Deconstruct It? Research it? It mostly green I do have some blues and purples.
I have some questions?
What is the max bank space?
What is the max bag space?
I am hoping someone can help me and answer my questions?
Thanks

The first thing you can do it use it for research. First for your crafting alt, obviously... tho its little effort to do it on your other characters too, so... as you wish.SocialAssassin wrote: »So what should I do with my unused equipment? So I sell it? Deconstruct It? Research it?

If you are Level 50 CP160 wait a few weeks till next update, a lot of sets and skills will be changed. You can't know what sets will be good now.
Also I would recommend you to sell unbound sets in a guildstore, if you are not collecting them, because someone will always need it. Some sets are worth about 1k gold per piece, some parts like shields, daggers, staffs may be worth 100k-500k or even more. So better profit now and once you decide to start collecting a set you can still buy missing parts and most of the time it's cheaper than having your bank occupied with stuff you will never use, but other people need and are willing to pay for it.
Trial- and Dungeonsets especially the weapons, shields and jewelry are worth keeping. Armor you should only keep when it's a set you need and you are willing to do the dungeon again and again to complete or to get the right traits.
Otherwise sell, deconstruct or research it. Lowlevel gear is usually traded for the mats price when you deconstruct it.
240 is the max bankspace without eso+, 480 with eso+
Each character can have 200 inventory space, 60 of these come from horsetraining so you need 60days to get them.
You can also create your own guild (min 10 members) and have 500 guild bankspace for your unbound sets and other stuff.
Housing chests give you additional 4x30 space and 4x60 space, 360 total.
So you could have 3140 space total with all your 9 characters.
Just decon and research them all. The only time I keep stuff now is if i am collecting that set or I find an item i may like to use in the future, but only if it has the divines trait.

There are wandering merchants in game that you will find on roads, sell you items instead of decon it when you find those, so you don't need to teleport to cities. Some white items are worth 0 Gold, so those are better to either decon, use for research or to just drop on ground (click and drag - easier then right click item to get options for destroy item).
If you can afford, buy NPC merchant and bank man in Crown Store (or keep a tab for sales on those). With NPC merchant you can rather fast sell items you don't want and there are add on (for PC) where you can move those automatic to junk section and also auto sell when you interact with any merchant (save you some time to sell items).
https://www.esoui.com/downloads/info266-JunkBuster.html#info
(Basically a filter which can detect items after some criteria and move item to junk section in inventory: Be careful to use auto Destroy as you can not regret this action, you can buy back items from merchant if you do it not too long after you have sold it.)
https://www.esoui.com/downloads/info1256-JunkeeReturns.html
(This add on adds a keybind which auto move it to junk section. Good for items that JunkBuster have not a filter for or when there is items that isn't possible to make a general rule as there are some items that aren't following the default scheme for name and categorizing.)
Be aware that you there are some quest items that you might want avoid getting autojunked. Use ESO wiki to see which one that could be junked by accident, if you are experience problems to pick up and object for continue steps in a quest.
In general all Ornate (armour, weapon, jewels) can be sold this way as those only have higher sell value for NPC vendors as traits. White items can also be auto junked this way as a general rule as you will pick up a lot of white items when you start and also later when you are going back to low level zones. That way should get some Gold rather fast and can star to look into Guild Stores for better items. Don't forget that you can also do this to food, poison and drinks when you don't need them any more from looting and use them yourself before you have enough skill points in crafting those them your self. There consumables that are green or better, so white quality is pretty sure to be junked when you are that far. (Use a filter for value to avoid picking up too many 1 Gold items that can fast fill your inventory)
Invests skill points in section for clothing, blacksmithing, jewels and woodcrafting to get better material out of deconstruction. You will also want to get some skill points when you "refine" materials to use for each and one of those crafting as you will need to refine raw material into something that you can use for crafting. In this process you might get temper or other valuable material that are use to improve quality (from white, green, blue, purple to gold/yellow).
Here is a good guide in general for crafting:
https://elderscrollsonline.wiki.fextralife.com/Crafting
There is an add on that can auto start research when you interact with craftstation and you have the right type of trait in bank or/and inventory (be careful and use add on to lock items you want to secure against accidental use like legendary or purple items - those are better to decon and get mats that you can use later for improving quality or sell in Guild Stores, if you don't want to use them for their 2 or 5 piece sets bonus) :
https://www.esoui.com/downloads/info1652-AutoResearch.html
In short decon and learning traits are first priority when you create a new character as it take a lot of times to research traits and you need to have a certain learned trait to be able to start to use craft able sets. If you are far from a craftstation and have a merchant around, sell those items you don't need and get free space. Don't forget that you can repair gear at merchant while you are there.
Use Miinion to administer your add ons and to have auto update those. Make sure that you search and download add on from Minion and don't forget to add Libraries (most start with "lib" in their names that are shared among authors of add on to cut down on coding).
