‘Inn room/apartment’ style room in the hideouts

I’m no role player, but I do somewhat enjoy housing, but I just had a thought while I was in the Dark Brotherhood Sanctuary. Why don’t you put in a private room we could furnish in the TG hideout or the DB Sanctuary. You could either make it buyable for gold, about the price of the apartment style houses or you could make it an unlockable achievement when you finish the storyline’s of the factions. What do you guys think? (Sorry if this idea has already been brought up)

You don't need to be a roleplayer as such to enjoy immersive play and I feel that your suggestion kind of fits into that. I too enjoy housing and have wanted a thieves den or outlaws den style house or room...one with the grate entrance or hidden ladder...that would be fun and cool. I am a huge thieves guild and DB fan... since the dlcs release.

I bought the Palace in Hews bane and when I fist heard about it I was hoping it would have a secret tunnel leading to the thieves guild or perhaps a secret passage with an exit to one the alleys....no such luck. My main character's story is that she comes from a long line of merchants, craftsmen, artisans and thieves and rogues which is not uncommon for folk from those parts. I rolepley whenever I play eso...it's the nature of eso to find yourself looking at Tamriel through your charcters' eyes

I think this would be a brilliant idea! But Thinking about it how about this...

Have an inn room available at each of the outlaws refuges in main alliance cities in the base game? Not everyone has the dlcs so it would be limiting to furnishers without access to the dlc. It would be a really nice addition and give the furnishing enthusiasts some more small houses to play with and role play with.

Carrying on from your idea, what if when you became the head of the thieves guild or speaker of the dark brotherhood and unlocked the achievements you could buy a medium sized room/house (like the size of witches cottage) inside the sanctuary and the thieves guild headquarters? That would be soooooo cool.
