Basing on the recently released update 23 PTS patch notes, explain to us why you made all these changes in the healing department. You may need a lot of input from those who can actually do healing in vet dungeons and trials. Seriously, I think these changes were designed by people who only play ESO endgame in normal mode.

Gronk✭✭✭They know full well what they are doing. And you should see it as well. Unless you have a warden spamming trees. Then its hard to see anything. After reading the update notes I see ambiguity, Deception and obfuscation in their wording and descriptions of why.
