Haven't revived my monthly crowns ?

Now I have contacted support on this matter and how long will I have to wait for a response? How good support when it comes to answering questions? Basically, today is my billing cycle and I haven't received my monthly crowns yet? I assumed it would have been around on midnight on 7/6/2019? Does anyone know what time they bill? Also, I am having issues linking my PlayStation account? Will, that affect me in receiving my crowns? Thanks :) "sigh" this why I hate coming to the forums. No one ever helps.

    Probably because most players can't really help you with this and unless you link to a ZoS employee, or maybe report it as a bug, you have little to no chance of getting a customer service reply here.

    You should just get them automatically as your sub renews, but I have no idea about the issues that can occur while trying to link accounts, sorry.

    Normally support gets back to you pretty quickly, when you put in a ticket, though. :smile:

    Hopefully, they will have already helped you.

    Actually pretty good on account related stuff
    Basically, today is my billing cycle and I haven't received my monthly crowns yet?
    It can take up to a few days, not usually though.
