ZOS changes things that need changing as the game MUST evolve people lose their mind! WHY??

Wait until 2 weeks after implementation and if you cannot evolve on your own ask for help, if you still cant evolve after receiving help then this game probably isn't for you.

I have come to accept that ZOS will break something after any update or patch due to ineptitude but also found peace in that it doesn't really matter, pve still easy and pvp still bugged but everyone is in the same boat.

Because they nerfed a lot of stuff. People hate getting nerfed. Most people don't like being forced to change their playstyle, even though part of their playstyle was abusing OP mechanics/sets.

    It's more than that.
Players work towards a particular goal in character development.
They spend hours figuring how stuff interacts with other stuff to hone their skills.
They spend time acquiring points to spend on skills, and gold/materials to spend on crafting.
They spend hours running trials and dungeons over and over and over to acquire the right pieces.

And then the Powers That Be shake the snow-globe, and say 'do it again'.

A lot of people play the game for fun, not to have the rug pulled out once they've taken the time to get all their stuff stacked neatly.
The problem with society these days is that no one drinks from the skulls of their enemies anymore.

This is the only MMO that I have ever played where people celebrate nerfs. And I mean actively go out of their way to champion the nerfs the devs put out. This really is some backwards ass *** on this forum.

    the game is too easy.
For whom ? Top 5 % of players ? Or maybe it is too easy for an "Average Joe" ? Or what if some one is like "disabled" (for example had an accident and lost 1 hand). Should the game be too difficult for such ppl ? Or what if I am just learning or making my own build and all of the sudden it does not work any more, despite the fact I have put time & effort and learned to master my rotation.
Or what if I build specifically for a WW character. Now all of the sudden I am f****d with no good reason.

Ok, I get your point but lets move to the real world, no mass market game should be designed to make it so that the 0.00001% who play and happen to be disabled can keep up, life sucks just play the hand you are dealt. Flip side also not so difficult that only 1% can complete all content.
The play skill / balance needed to be able to complete content has to be aimed at the majority level so some can excel, some struggle but the majority find it just right.

In order to learn you should have tutorials and easier initial content to help new people understand the game mechanics this is normal.

In ESO some things do need changing as the game evolves but also ZOS sometimes have brain farts and change things where they don't need it also ZOS are terrible at this game and coding it seems, so the majority of the time they break things.

This game could be great if it got fixed with good hardware and software compatibility and someone balanced it who knew what the hell they were talking about, instead we have this steaming pile of dog crap on our hands.

Ok great sage, what if I don't want to change? What if the character that I've poured hundreds of hours into, about to jump into a trial, gets ripped out from under me on a near monthly basis? We are not talking about a few hundred parse like the fake "this set is overpowered" folks. We are talking about changing how the build I picked and chose to play no longer plays that way?

    Like I said above:

ZOS wants you to 'Just do it again'.

otoh, it makes me want to just not bother anymore.

It'd be different if they bought back all my stuff that I accumulated at parity, but they want us to just write it all off at a 100% loss.

Ye, I don't agree with how they do it, all I know is some changes need to be made.

How ZOS do it is crazy and some things they alter don't need it.

Could be decay I mean the game isn't exactly getting better!

Ye seen the grand healing change, not good.

But this is assuming it goes on live like that, but going on past experience they don't really care.

Because their are Nerfing to introduce new sets available through purchase making this a pay to win game and people who support this game through the plus or crown purchase do not do it for any pay to win structure. Remember when the membership was mandatory to play this game? didn’t work but people subscribed to the plus after it was just an extra not mandatory. Same thing can be said about this new DLC. This is not a fix unless the word fix means screwing people over

Two weeks after implementation would be too late to get the point across that players are not happy with their idea of how to balance things.

The devs just don't play the game often enough or at a high enough level to "get it" with respect to balancing their game.

They have no idea how people actually run trials, pvp or even solo a world boss lol. They are number crunchers.

The only insight they have from the game is from Nerf threads in the forums and maybe, JUST maybe the class rep program. (We see how THAT worked out, reps not caring AT all anymore and disgusted to the point of leaking The Potes! Lol).

Well to all the Nerf thread makers: Did you get your fav Nerf or did they miss something,

As for me, I'm going to play my MagDK if I gotta fight with a broom and a bucket on my head, and I'm tbag ANY Dev I catch in Cyro on general principles. :)

but 2 month prior to it going live is waaaay to early for tears.

I have no doubt they will mess it up but name a patch they haven't broke.
