There has been a mistake with my account and need someone to follow up on my ticket.

    Hey man if this is related to your last 3 posts and it is in-fact only a 72 hour suspension you will most likely not receive a reply to your ticket until the day after the suspension ends. As of a week ago the return time on support tickets was 4 days.

    Be patient with the process and politely follow up every few days (if you haven’t heard back on a ticket).
