To get a good score, i.e. run it on vet, have high damage, few (or no) deaths etc., you naturally need coordination and voice communication. This is no different in this game than in other team games.
Same was the case back when I played Team Fortress Classic and Unreal Tournament 2k3 in clans. Fun or spontaneous matches on public servers without voice comms, no problem. Serious clan vs. clan matches? Private server with good connection and voice comms mandatory.
What about people who might be deaf or can't speak or something? How do they do these things? Someday these all these game devs will answer for that.
the chat box in game?
also, did you really have to necro a thread from 2017 for such a silly response?

how did you even come across this thread?
Noob question related to point about mechanics should be obvious:
What I don't understand is how anyone learns the mechanics in the first place. Does zos put out an article for each dungeon that says "heres how this fight works" or is there a group of crunk ESO players that just sits down and spends 36 hours trying every random which way to beat a boss? If ZOS is putting out the article then yeah... Why not just put the explanation in the dungeon itself?
I will say to OP there is something satisfying about finally executing a difficult wierd mechanic, but I agree they seem to come out of the blue and it's just like "ok... Internet says we fight this boss by standing on one leg holding a kitten in one hand and a ear of corn in our butt. So I guess that's how we're doing it."

LOL is that a troll? You know exactly why this thread is on the front page again, and you know it wasn't me who put it there.

Personally I find a lot of mechanics to be very intuitive. Once you know a lot of them from different places, you've got a good hunch. Plus the NPCs often weigh in with some useful stuff.
But yes, a lot of people do enjoy going into new content spoiler-free and figuring it out.
