Doom Wolf problem

So, after reading the Doom Wolf Legends / ESO event I decided to give Legends a shot.
1) Started downloading Legends
2) Double checked emails were the same
3) Checked the opt in option in Beth.net, and confirmed.
4) Received an email saying my Beth.net has changed.
5) Won about 10 rounds of Legends (only needed 3)
I then checked my email and instead of a Doom Wolf mount, I got an email (arrived not long after the confirmation of account change) saying, 'Are you really sure you want to change your account?'. Of course I'm f'ing sure! Anyway, pretty sure, even though I checked Opt-in, Beth.net in their diligence of asking 12 times whether I'm really sure, has probably fired off the email with the Doom Mount in it, into oblivion. Yay.
Anyone know how to get a resend?

✭You should read rule more carefully.When the promotion period is over, a code for your Doom Wolf will be sent to the email account associated with your ESO account.[ PC EU ]
