La already are way too strong, they arent effected by GCD and they can be used for free between any skills.

Change LA buff to something else,
ZOS has made LA forcefully part of DPS meta
Heavy attacks remains for Tanks, any good DPS player hardly doing it.

Agree... old Empower was much more interesting and it made of Meteor a very good ultimate.Sarcasm is something too serious to be taken lightly
