What Class? If templar, then a fun build I run is Reactive and Rattlecage. If healing in pvp, run it with what ever healing monster set, earthgore still works well. If more support, then run pirate skeleton. You will be tanky as hell. Use extended ritual for the cleanse, heals, combat prayer for damage buff to group mates, shards, elemental drain. Can run an ice staff as your dps weapon and use the Ice clench as a perma cc (annoys the hell out of people and ruins werewolves day). Resto ulti that gives increased damage is great, or run barrier.

if you are a healer, I suppose you are a templar. As a magplar you should go the road of the off healer wearing a HA set (Pariah is BiS for that) + something that helps with resources (Shackle) and something that helps you with healing/ultis (BS, Earthgore).

That's a good start. Then you should focus on a role. Do you want to CC your enemies while others are taking them down? Javelin is a good skill and can be used even with a resto staff. Maybe you want to execute? JB paired with DoTs can be an option too (then you should look at sets like warmaiden and soulshine). In any case, don't forget that your main role is to heal, so BoL and CR are important.
