What to do with my Grand Amnesty Edict?

With the Dark Brotherhood/Thieve's Guild event goin on I thought now might be a good time to ask this. The Grand Amnesty Edict removes 100,000g of Bounty and clears all Heat when used. I've been carrying this thing around in my inventory for something like 2 years now. You can't put it in the bank or mail it but it seems a waste to use it on anything less than the mentioned bounty.
So how about it? What did you do with yours? Did it pay off nicely and if so, how?

✭isnt there an achievement for having a bounty over 100K, do that then use the edict.

Which means my "Ooh, shiny!" Master Thief and Silencer will never let it out of her inventory.
But if you arent a hoarder of pretty items like I am, it seems well designed to pay off that bounty for the achievement.2 -
