Difficulty scaling is desperately needed. 9 years. 6 paid expansions. 25 DLCs. 41 game changing updates including A Realm Reborn-tier overhaul of the game including a permanent CP160 gear cap and ridiculous power creep thereafter. I'm sick and tired of hearing about Cadwell Silver&Gold as a "you think you do but you don't"-tier deflection to any criticism regarding the lack of overland difficulty in the game.

Would look good with a CD of 1s or maybe 2s. But 5s? Not so much.

    965÷5 = 193/s, or 386 regen equivalent.
Two one piece regen buffs would be 258 regen.

Flat regen is modified by armor and cp, so 258 x 1.(15 for 5 medium/light, 11 for cp, and .2 for major buff from potions) = 376.7. If you need the off resource (pvp and mag in pve) it's not a bad option at all, but it only outstrips one of each regen at pure 100% uptime. Drop that to 95 (just 5% downtime) and you get 367 (rounded up) regen equivalent.

    ???

If the set had a 1 sec cooldown it would essentially be 2000 main stat recovery and 1000 off stat recovery.... from a 2pc set no less lol.

You’re forgetting the 1pc crit you get, so no the two aren’t equal, even at 95% uptime. Especially for PvE.

It’s still a monster set with plenty of other options. Don’t know if you’d use a monster set if you need recovery. The 1s was more of a joke but 5s as a CD seems too much to warrant wearing this set just for main stat plus off stat regen. Bad set? No. Great set? No. Middle of the road in my opinion.

Moongrave can be a good addition for Stam-Healer sustain or fun hybrid build (I've start to see some who are pretty good and interesting).

Otherwise it's a decent set but I don't think I would use it as a magicka healer.
Earthgore/Symphony in 4man are still best and Nightflame and warden are best for Trial.

It's stronger than Amberplasm's 5pc, which is already one of the most stat dense set bonuses in the game. Nuff said.

The 1st one looks like a solid regen set. I like it, finally a proper alternative to Engine Guardian. Symphony of blades is useless due to the simple fact that it doesn't proc on yourself.

The 2nd one will be yet another set that will break pvp. At this point you have to think they do it on purpose. LET THE UPROAR BEGIN!!!

The second set is so disturbing not only because of the Necromancer bash disaster but because of tanks performance in PvP in general. What they really did not need was a ton of AoE damage every 7s on top of their incredible tankiness and healing capabilities. Tanks don’t need to be the allrounder gods this set will make them.

Maarselok seems very strong. Propably it can be new PvE meta for stam DDs if nothing gets changed and there is no catch in its description.

These look really nice. Hats off to the developer who came up with these.

Maarselok looks possibly to be new bis for good stamina dds in trials where getting 30 negative effects is possible. But just for dds who can actually take advantage of it and use bashes on cooldown. For your average joe Veli all the way.
Moongrave needs either cooldown reduction or different one piece bonus for me to consider it for pvp purposes.

Likely this dlc won't change anything for me personally. Overall decent sets but nothing earth shattering on first glance.

Yeah, those look cool, but it's hard to get excited until we see what kind of hoops we're going to have to jump through to get them.

I'm not buying any more dlc dungeons until ZOS makes them fun to play. No more ridiculously complicated mechanics or dumb one-shots!

Also, can we get a timeline for when these sets are going to appear at the Golden Vendor? @ZOS_GinaBruno @ZOS_JessicaFolsom could you please comment on this?

    Why proc on Bash?

This will aid more PVP than PVE!

    Why proc on Bash?

Honestly, a conditional proc that can be controled but costs resources to use should outdamage general all purpose set like Velidreth. That part I'm okay with except that it increases gap between average and best players.
As for pvp implications, this will be ganker tool. Nothing more. Won't bother doing math, but Balorgh is still good option for ult ganking while this is good for getting burst when not using ulti. You won't burst decent player without ult most likely so this will be griefing procset at best to burst PvE guys, scrubs, newcomers to pvp or people who don't have proper build. And decent players who can use combo and bash cancel part of their burst will likely stick with Bloodspawn anyway so this shouldn't be a concern in my book.
