As many of you already know, the new Baandari Pedlar crown crate season has three exclusive furnishing items amongst its pool of possible contents. I thought I'd post some in-game pictures and some info so that they may help you decide whether you find the items worth getting or if you are not interested in them and thus can avoid potential disappointment.

The three items are: the
Baandari Lunar Compass, the
Pile of Dubious Riches and
The Mane, Moons-Blessed. All three are in the gold 'Legendary' category which means that they are unfortunately rare to get directly from the crates. The cost of purchasing them directly is 100 crown gems each.

The Baandari Lunar Compass is interactable, turning the projection on and off, and it gives off faint blue light when turned on. Also, all three items have proper 'bottoms' (although the bottom on the Pile of Dubious Riches is oddly discoloured in the middle) and they have proper collision so you can walk/stand on top of them.

A quirk of the Baandari Lunar Compass is that the position of the arrow is not tied to direction that the item is facing, but will
always point towards the North (just like the arrow on the Baandari mounts). The statue of the Mane is pretty detailed, with gold parts that catch the light quite well. As a comparison to the Pile of Dubious Riches, I included a picture of the Mountain of Loot furnishing (10,000 gold from Outlaw's Den merchants, requires the Black Market Mogul achievement); the crown crate treasure pile is clearly more detailed, has better colours and has a proper bottom while the achievement treasure is hollow on the underside.

While I think the price of the items is a bit too high, and I wish that we had less crown-store and crown-crate exclusive furniture and more in-game obtainable ones, overall I think these items are nice. What I'm really displeased with though is the fact that the Mountain of Loot achievement item is so inferior compared to the Dubious Pile of Riches... I get that they will make some crown-exclusive furniture, but regular craftable or achievement-unlocked furniture should still be viable next to them with the same standard of quality, so it's sad to see that a functionally and graphically better version of an ingame item should be added to the crown-store instead of adding the uprezzed version that's obtainable through in-game means like the original. Anyhow, your opinions may vary of course, so let me know what you think, and I hope this helped you make an informed decision about whether or not to get these new furnishings for one your own homes!
