Sorry all, I got my wires crossed. We published the Crown Crate article today, and will be publishing the Crown Store Showcase tomorrow.

I love the quick response and transparency regarding crown store items. It's a shame the same level of customer support and communication isn't available regarding game stability.

It's good to know where your priorities lie. Milk the whales until the servers die.

I'm pretty sure that letting us know when an article - any article - is being published is a lot easier than responding to bugs or performance issues. Presumably, there's a publishing schedule and she has that info ready at hand. It seems pretty straightforward to me that Gina would be able to easily answer this question as opposed to "when are you gonna fix the servers?"

We dont need a timetable for fixes. Just a quick acknowledgment that they things aren't up to par and that they are working on it.

    Transparency goes a long way.

Especially since they put out a big memo talking about how they are "Killing it".when clearly the only thing they are "killing" is game performance.

It's not that I don't have the income, I most certainly do, but I can buy a whole other game (several, in fact) with what they want me to pay for one virtual item that I don't even actually own.

Eh. I know I'm just one in a sea of many, and clearly there are people out there who see 40 dollar outfits as acceptable. Maybe I'm just too damn old for this.

I'm older, and somewhat in the same boat. My disposable income is quite large, but I'm not an idiot. It's like seeing a $50 orange in the produce isle: yes, I can afford it. No, I'm not your wallet with legs.

I'm putting my summer money into other forms of entertainment, and travel. ESO can sit on the shelf for a bit until they sort themselves out. It just seems to be getting ridiculous here in the last while, and I am not going to shovel money at them until I see improvements.

It is a rare mind indeed that can render the hitherto non-existent blindingly obvious. The cry 'I could have thought of that' is a very popular and misleading one, for the fact is that they didn't, and a very significant and revealing fact it is too. - Douglas Adams

I just want to reiterate how disappointing Jode's Embrace timed exclusivity is when:
    1. There's no medium sized house in Elsweyr like Amaya Lake Lodge or Alinor Crest Townhouse
    2. We bought Elsweyr, paid for the houses development yet can't purchase the house with in game gold or at any given time.

This timed exclusivity window on houses really needs to end. It's not like certain items where you feel unique for having owned them, you can't walk around the overworld and see what player homes random players have in their collection. Nor is there any challenge associated with buying the house. There's no reason for this, it's just anti-consumer and unacceptable.

Agreed, this buy now or regret later mentality doesn't really work with +100$ virtual houses. They forgot their micro in microtransactions. I see it as anti consumer practice, expecting people to shell out that much money for something and not even letting them to plan their spending.

Costumes are overpriced too, but not THAT overpriced. With ESO+ you almost always have some crowns to afford a costume or two. With 15k houses you'd have to avoid spending anything for 10 months if you were to go on ESO+ alone. Crown sales don't have a set date, and are short, not to mention you really have to spend a lot if you want to be prepared for getting a house during some four day window of opportunity.
