I've done my share of complaining about the bugs, glitches, mechanics, etc. over the past few months (years?). And though things can get frustrating at times I still really love the game -- a lot. Anyway, I know there are a ton of people working hard behind the scenes to make the game as pleasant and operational as possible and I really do appreciate their efforts. Please accept my apologies. If I do find a problem or issue in the future I'll try to present my case in a more pleasant, patient, and adult manner.
I'm pretty sure for a lot of the more "enthusiastic" complaints, ESO is a major part of their lives. Its one of the few, if not the only game they play and its a big part of their daily routine. So when something disrupts that, they lash out like they've been wronged.
I may be wrong, but its a logical reason that i understand.

Lol it's that movie 50 first dates she resets every night. So they forget just how bad the game is, then come back and make new thread of how bad it is. Then beg for zos to save them.
It's like the rat maze, but it's how bad can it get before you guys had enough. Good science experiment. Keep up the post fellas.
I’d like to think people had better things to do with their time... but I guess if it’s making you chuckle then why not....
However, I do agree with what you’re saying in a way. Like if you’re having so many issues with the game.... don’t play....

To be fair, both sides (the Pro and Anti-Zos posters) can be equally as dramatic. While I generally agree with you, there are valid criticisms being made that are lost among the noise.

You are terribly wrong, I play tops 2 hours per day. Sometimes not playing at all.
Due to working hours I usualy log in at night time EU server in a +2h. timezone, aka primetime.
So I get back from a rough day, having some few hours before
I hit the rack to vent all the steam from work, only to find the mess
this farce of a dev.team dares to call a WORKING game.
I have been very edgy about them , and I stand by every single word I have voiced.
You like to think that the moaners are just nolifers , or spoiled kids.
Well guess what ... we are just the ones valuing the money and time spent more than guys like you,
maybe because we are older than you, and maybe cause we may evaluate this game's services for money asked
too low, or maybe because we are indeed having less -far less - free time than you, and we demand the services that
were promised/ advertised and PAYED FOR
Prove me why I shouldn't speak up my mind, and why should't I explode
when whatever the method that was used to be informed about this game's development
we have been repeatedly NEGLECTED

Another thing I’ve noticed is that people who don’t even play anymore keep coming and commenting on the forums. While there’s nothing wrong with that, I don’t really understand why they feel the need to do this.... (rhetorical question btw)....

tbh, ZOS made a gigantic game, with DOZENS of quest, dungs, delves, and whatnot.
I'm totally ok with the current state of the game, since most software projects of this size usually are doomed. For that, its fraking solid.
Thank you ZOS! Never listen to those haters as long as your creative guys (authors, graphic artist, programmers and even the facility and cleaning staff at your offices) like what they do!

The content teams are separate from the performance teams.

And my 2 cents for the fix-eso-or-we-hate-you-guys:
