EU Server once more down, why?

Once more it is always EU down while NA is holding up strong, you have commented that both servers have the same hardware and software yet this happens. When the login queue was added to EU you also commented that NA was extremely close to also receiving one therefor the player base should also be roughly the same size yet it always EU down.
I just want to know why, back end statistics anything that would shed some light on this.
As this as previous posts indicate a reoccurring issue that plagues the EU servers.

I do believe that ZoS has said often that EU has more players than NA
