I totally agree. Nords, Bretons, Redguards, Imperials, Argonians. They all look the same to me.

As for the others: No. I just listed the characters who come closest to it.1 -

✭✭✭✭✭Okay we have Cadwell and Abnur Tharn as Imperial Hero, got their own unique costume/style already. Check.
We have Orsinium Chief Bazrag as a hero, although he needs his own unique look instead we have King Kurzog’d unique outfit.
Skordo the Knife appears in further dlc after main quest so he’s like Orc Naryu

Sai Sahan as Redguard hero.... no offense but until I get his explanation for Elsweyr he’s so so. Not yet check.
Still need definitive Bosmer and Argonian hero. Too bad it’s not the Wilderking anymore, he has a unique look. The Silvenar and the Green Lady... if they give them unique style then they fit. This leaves Argonian.

Strictly speaking, if you can interbreed and producing offspring that are viable and capable fo breeding then you are all of the same race.
Hence, all men and mer are of the same race. So that leaves argonian and khajiit to hash out. One would think that khajiit are possible capable of breeding with humans and mer but there is no evidence of it in game. breeding with an argob=nian is surley not possible given their reproduction is non-mamilian.
So at best, there are 3 races so far. The best we can say of the rest is that they are ethnicities..

That is just wrong. You've basically described the definition for species. Races are morphologically different populations of the same species. Irish Shepherds and Dachshunds are different races of the Canis Canis species, whilst Donkeys and Zebras are different species.1
