Valkyn Skoria vs Ilambris - Magcro
Currently running with two fire-staved, neither of which has a shock enchant, but also running siphon so...I can't quite suss out which is the better option here on a magicka necromancer? Got bored of Slimecraw.

the major thing with any set these days, pets cant proc them. so the lightning part of ilambris will not be proced by skeleton arcanist. the good news is that siphon ticks 3 times in one second, meaning you get 3 times the chance to proc the lighting part of the set. i run it on my magcer, with just wall and ricochet skill to proc the fire, remember that pets dont count, so the fire damage from blastbones wont either.0
