Had similar case once in a dungeon when I was feared through walls, that character is truly stuck in freefall until some admin moves them...

My friend has this in Elsweyr. He found a way out by using drain health potions to kill himself then rez'd at a shrine.

Umm.. why would you even go outside the map? Map is pretty huge and fun to explore, just stay in the map, kids.
