Hi,
See below video for a tour of my custom built villa perched over the cliff for views of the lake and Halls of Colossus.
This build also includes a renovation of the first chamber, turning it into a functional crafting hub.
Hope you enjoy the video and it gives some ideas.

How many items is that? It looks like you've used most of the limit in what is just one out of 4 areas.
Really impressive, you have true talent and mad skills decorating. Truly enjoyable to watch, thanks for sharing.

@darthgummibear_ESO I have used the full 700 hundred but at the end of the video, I have also decorated the first room so I have done 2 out of 4 sections with the 700 slots. Approx breakdown as follows;
200 items for the first hall
500 items for the outdoor zone (200 items to build the structure and 300 to decorate it)
It is disappointing that ZOS didn't break this up into separate zones with separate item limits for each zone, especially given that we have to port through a load screen anyway (albeit very brief). I think that this house was a missed opportunity to deliver on one of the community suggestions that we have been asking for ages, namely to break up the house into different zones each with its own item limit. This could have been a potential solution to overcoming the restrictive item limits.
I'm personally disappointed that our suggestions on this, right at the start of the PTS, were ignored and instead the designers went ahead and produced a house where we will have to decorate 4 zones with only 700 items!!
I just don't understand when there is a solution being presented to them, why they ignore it.
Anyway, I suppose at the end if the day, its a fee home and its beautiful so I don't want to be ungrateful.
how did you build into the ground like that?
what did you use for the brick wall?
Love the round overlook but the main chamber crafting area is such a good idea!
It's really unfortunate that even with load screens the item limit for this huge house is still 700. I would love to see how you decorate the rest of it.
Thank you @sueblue I agree about the limits and the load screens. I have been petitioning on as many forum threads as I can about the lost opportunity with house to create separately loaded spaces with their own limit.
Unfortunately I will never be able to decorate all 4 areas with only 700 slots 😞
This is a work of art, as always with your builds. 11/10
From the front, it looks like a quiet, unassuming cottage. Quaint, homey. I was expecting the inside to be rather like a large cabin. But, as you entered, the house revealed itself to be rather gloriously grand. A surprise!
Your mix of Alinor, Elsweyr, Redguard, and even Ayleid building materials and furnishings, sounds like an eclectic mess! But it works. The materials marry together seamlessly. You have an excellent eye for style. I loved the scale of the build. Every room seems opulent, luxuriously spaceous. The balcony off the kitchen/dining makes me want to dine there al fresco style every night! Followed by a few drinks on the lower balcony off the library, with the sounds and views of the waterfall.
I love the way you've incorporated the Elsweyr Dais as ceiling roses throughout. An idea I am likely to steal!
The proportions of the bedroom are outstanding! The ensuite bathroom, larger than most I've seen, is so luxurious! The alinor window box above the toilet, for a moment, looked to me like an air conditioning unit. The balcony off the bedroom continues the feeling of weatlh, due of the Redguard fence tops, and the way you've positioned the lighting to reflect it's golden hue. Lovely!
Hope you enjoy replicating it on the live server.
Thank you for sharing your talent.
