No, thanks to the awesome community effort last year I got it free.

I got it last year but I'd definitely prefer a way to earn it/buy it for a lower price.
For new players this is way too much!

I've got mixed feelings on it being in the crown store at all.

It seems we've moved from exclusive one time things to well if you missed the free opportunity, you can still have it! For a premium of course.

I'd bet the indriks end up in the store after the end of the year as well.

Some things should stay one time only.

Old players have access to new house in Elsweyr too. My point is it would be better for Villa to never return than to put it in store for this insulting price. They did so well this year with free tokens, quite nice daily rewards, events that let you both get new rewards and catch up on the last year ones and now they blew it all away with a cash grap that hardly anyone will buy. I don't get the appeal of exclusive or one time items anyway. Other games have special event rewards that return every year, they just add new ones onto that for the players that have the older ones. Somebody not having something in game doesn't really enchance your experience in any way, does it?

No, I will never buy a house they gave away for free. Unfortunately, I didn't have summerset when it was free so I couldn't get it when everyone else did but I'm still not going to pay for it now. Especially at such a ridiculous price as that

I don't think that Summerfall Event will be repeated, as it was a way to boost Summerset sales: maybe we'll get something along the same line for Elsweyr (especially since the Q4 DLC will give us access to its Southern part), but giving the Psijic Villa as a prize would feel out of place, I think.

By the way, if we'll have an Elsweyr event I predict that we'll get some kind of senche-raht mount as a middle prize, thus enraging all those that bought the collector's edition (I bought it but I wouldn't mind, honestly)

I didn't expect Summerfall to return per se, just for a similar event with Elsweyr, with both new rewards and a chance to earn last year ones, just like many other events do in this game. You could still earn last year's jester festival rewards alongside the new ones from this year for example.

I wouldn't also mind if the house was just severely discounted but this price tag is ridiculous and I refuse to pay that much for any house in this game. I don't have that much disposable income for something like that, I don't get salary in Dollars or Euro unfortunately.

I don't need that house tbh, it's big and empty, pretty location but disposable in the end. I only wanted it because I'm a completionist, I like unlocking stuff and I just missed it last year due to my own tardiness. I guess you could say I couldn't live with my own mistake. If the "sale" was announced at the beginning of the month in showcase, with pricetag preferably, I could at leas amount 6 million gold for it and buy the crowns needed from someone richer than me, treat it like my small event of sorts. But now I just know I'll probably never get it and I'm just a bit salty and disappointed, sorry.

Don't pay $150 for something that was free the year before.

Especially since the reason it was free was due to the whole community getting involved to unlock it together. Don't enable ZOS' behavior with the Crown Store they could have done another community event this year for new players but they didn't and instead chose to put it up for sale.

Wasn't around for the event last year. Personally wouldn't pay that for a in-game house anyway - I can rather fill up my steam library with that amount of $ during the summer sale

I got it for free, but to be honest, I don’t really use it. I tried to decorate it at one point in time, but there was just TOO MUCH SPACE. It took forever to run to my crafting stations, my banker, etc. I personally prefer smaller/medium-sized homes that I can decorate nicely AND not have to run around for a minute to find things. I love my Frostvault Cavern house; spot to plonk my precursor right at the entrance for quick ulti-gen, nice open dueling space, and a central chamber perfect for my crafting stations and transmutation station. I use the adjacent rooms for my larger training dummy and straight-up decorating.
