Fading Group Frames Addon?

Does anyone know if there is an addon that will fade out the group frames window if no one takes damage, etc? There is nothing more intrusive than a huge window taking up 1/5 of my screen when I'm not even in a group where people's health has any bearing on the activity at hand.
I've looked around but found nothing so I was wondering if someone else managed to find an addon that does this or something like it.

    There is an in game setting which alters the HUD, including what and how health bars are displayed on your screen. Perhaps this could help?

    I do not recall which section of the settings it is, "game play" or something, have a hunt and see if there are any settings to help :)

    You are right that there are an ample amount of settings available for tweaking nameplates, though unfortunately not group frames.
