I am stuck in cold Harbour after accidentally abandoning a quest!

Hi I am at the final zone cold harbour, I was doing the main quest called the "FINAL Assault!" I almost beat it until I accidentally abandoned the quest. The problem is I have searched all of Cold Harbour and cant find the NPC who will give me that quest! PLS HELP ME! I dont want to be stuck at LVL 50!

    Lol 2500 people on the forums complaining that zenimax support can't help them and have been stuck for over a week trying to level and you delete your quest. Hah grounds keeper quest was originally picked up for me by then enternace to the city by the gate.

    Open your map, and teleport to a wayshrine. I got stuck in cold harbour in Beta and thats the way i got out of there.

    You showld be able to see the world map if you select a zone by clicking the in pin icon that shows i think near quest list. (cant remember from head)

    Hah he must do customer support for zenimax. Make sure you /camp, log out for 10 minutes and if we don't hear back from you we will just assume you quit. Good luck fellow adventurer! May malog bal never see fit to smite thee!

    no i am stuck in cold harbour because I cant find the quest giver, who give the "FINAL ASSAULT" QUEST, do you know who i can talk to?

    I am in the same situation. Alas there is no NPC to talk to. You are stuck, there is no solution for this problem. You can start a new character. Or wait for a patch, that will maybe adress the issue.

    Customer Support gave me the smart advices to progress to the next zone meanwhile and to avoid bugged quests in the future. Yeah, thanks a lot, I will do that.

    How does one "accidentally" abandon a quest?...

    Frustration after being stuck on a bugged quest for 6+ hours.

    BUT i found a fix !!! Get someone who is currently on the quest to Group then Share said quest: You should be able to restart or continue with quest.

    If you abandon the quest it is given by the king at the wayshire south of the entrance, however he will not give you the quest a second time so if you abandon you screwed.
    It is a known bug and the Devs claim to be trying to put it right, its been 14 days to date and its not fixed in a game that is 20 days old
    you bought a book with a chapter missing at the end whats the problem?
