Is the game broken?

I'm noticing more and more things that "aren't working". Leaderboards not displaying properly, synergies not activating correctly, abilities that require a target not firing, resource return from shards/orbs unreliable, ground based AoEs not dropping due to "landscape".
I don't remember these being a huge issue before Elsweyer, but now I'm seeing guilds (like top raid guilds) quitting because these issues have been going on for weeks.
So are these issues being looked into? (PC NA, if that makes a difference)
(Yes, I did look for and did not see another post covering all of this before making this post)

spending a lot more time away playing other games because of the problems.

If there was a concerted effort to fix things instead of pushing broken new content, I'm sure many many players would be back in a heartbeat. I certainly would.

But I feel ZoS are happy to coast along, completely ignorant/stubborn to try and fix things and instead just keep the crown store nicely polished.

It's not broken, but it's not in an overly healthy place and it seems a lot of people are getting fed up.

Which guilds have left BTW?

It's not broken you just have to cheat some "awesome" coding, but it's legit!!! Aka animation cancelling, spam click the join button on the activity finder and so on!!

I noticed that everything in the crown store is working as intended....

well maybe that just because game for real is broken?

mabye different bugs since beta like broken unusable doors in dungs to go forward because bugged combat/moster keeping us in combat

pvp for years just unplayable in prime time and normally still with many issues to play, I wont mention more about even bg's

and mostly with neqwest patch there is comming more lags everywhere, higher ping, worse performance with almost every new patch and maitenance isnt helping at all, many maitenances worsen state of game and need another maitenance to fix it back....

do healthy good working game looks like this?

(btw please dont even response anyone who dont play vet content or pvp because casual rp'ing dont have any of those problems while everything outside this for veteran players is laggy and buggy)

PS4 na was really bad this morning. Sound was out of synch. Only 2 skills on my back bar would work. Tanked VTempest island and it was a real struggle fighting the game.

The game may be broken, but that's ok since a lot of the players are broken too.

I am here as well, downloaded another game from a studio that is going solo on Sept. 17th(obviously some people know but I can't but the actual game name here for fear of a deleted comment) and I having a great time running through the story and playing a game with very few bugs across the board. I log on to get my daily reward, do crafting dailies and talk to a few friends and I am off. The 15-30 minutes I spend on now are a far cry from the 2-4 daily hours I was putting in just before and after the chapter.

The entire game is at a state beyond repair. PvP has been basically unplayable for like what? 3 years now? trials in console have memory leaks the longer you stay, the trade system is a mess where people are just ghost bidding for prime city spots, walking in overland you can drop to 5 fps for no reason now. The crown store is at a healthy state though you can count on that to always be working, that thing gets more updates than the game itself. Specially after letting people convert crowns to gold which is RMT but zos just allows it because they got no morals and I can't wait for the day loot boxes are for ever banned from games. It makes developers like zos lazy in maintaining a working product after seeing all the easy money being made with no effort at all. They just hope they have enough players to reach the next "chapter" quota. Vet players who have played any other mmo or fpsmmo know that they are just glorified dlc's. There is nothing majorly game changing about any of these "chapter" updates. A legit video game developer uses special names because a lot of things are gonna change not just because they added a new character lol.

Fine for me. *shrug*

There are some very noticeable input lags during combat, but I had those before Elsweyr. Those lags do seem to have gotten worse, but I don't know if that's really the case or if it's just because I've been playing some other games lately that aren't at the mercy of online servers. I don't have enough data yet to assess that, and probably won't since I don't play the types of content that seem to be the worst offenders for this.
