Front or backbar for a hp buff skill?

I am playing templar, front bar with 1h and shield, backbar with a resto staff.

My front bar is for damage and back bar I use for support/healing.

Would you put the skill Structured Entropy that gives extra 8% hp on the front or back bar?

I assume it would go to the backbar cause when things get heated I switch to backbar and start healing myself. I need to have more hp for when I am in defense so naturally I added the skill with my resto staff in the backbar.

Does it actually matter much where I have this skill in regards of hp boosting?

I get what you're saying but I view the primary benefit of Structured Entropy to be for +damage via major sorcery, not the +hp. That would lead me toward slotting it on the primary damage bar. Unless you are using spell power potions or wearing Rattlecage to get major sorcery - in which cast Structured Entropy probably is not worth slotting.

I wouldn't be surprised if most dps magplars run spell power potions for major sorcery and boost their hp via other means instead of slotting Structured Entropy.

My own magplar is a pug healer and wears Rattlecage but does not slot Structured Entropy. That way she always has passive major sorcery from Rattlecage which also provides a shot of hp regardless of which bar she's on. But the price she pays is foregoing a different armor set. Part of my own choice is that I quite dislike relying on potions as a full time part of my rotation in combat.

When i ran Templar I had it on backbar with heals so that when i bar swapped and healed it would instantly proc Transmutation. But i guess it doesnt really matter, unless you have certain sets that can proc off of it.
