I know its supposed to be random. I know your character/build is supposed to have no bearing on what is dropped. I know results do not equal proof. But when I spend 2 hours on my magsorc farming Mother's Sorrow jewelry at Deshaan dolmens, only to come up with a wealth of Night Mother's Embrace and Plague Doctor, then switch over to my stamblade, and get 2 purple Mother's Sorrow necklaces and one ring in the first 6 dolmens, something is up. I mean, come on!

✭✭Isn't that why the game allows alts? So you can farm for the things the other character can't get. At least it was something you CAN transfer between characters.Edited by ghastley on June 25, 2019 8:59PM0 -

✭✭✭✭✭I farm dps gear while on my tank, and I farm tank gear while on my dps. People can go on and on about rng, but there is no way it can be that consistently wrong without being intentional.3 -

Do a search here, there have been *plenty* of threads on the subject. Loot drops are indeed weighted (against you).
I always farm with the opposite character setup (just as you did) and the difference is very much in your favor that way.
