Why are Sleek Creek and Serenity Falls listed under "featured"?

Title says it all. The prices are the very same according to Faunter´s list. 4400 for Sleek and 10000 for Serenity.

What am I missing?

They're Khajiit themed like the chapter, why not encourage purchasing them during a lull?
