I find the problem is the learning curve from Normal trials to Vet is too steep, there are nowhere near enough people capable of completing vet HMs! Espessially on console where we dont have mods giving us tells for mechanics etc!

FF ranks as quite a bit easier, IMO, and I feel like it's a toss-up depending on what trial and fights you're looking at between WoW and ESO.
I will say I appreciate the variety of mechanics that I remember from WoW. For example, the Mythic Hanz and Franz fight from back in Blackrock Foundry... the whole mechanic of stepping on the sections of the belt bringing down the slammer; people had to group up and move together. Fighting Blackwing was epic... THAT is a dragon fight; you got to ride on his back and fight his back trying to bring him down.
ESO sometimes feels like just... kind of rinsing and repeating the same old mechanics. That being said, I think it's a lot easier to 'get good' at WoW because of the combat system versus ESO. ESO is definitely more difficult to master, which I think is what makes the trials kind of have the illusion of high difficulty.
