The skills of the necromancer are not created lovely (one summoned archer skeleton for only 15 seconds? No zombies? No evil creatures?)
I love the game, but it breaks my heart, that the problems are getting bigger and bigger since the last three (or four?) big updates and dlcs.0 -

Perfected Relequen and Lokkestiiz are both BiS sets. They share the same named bonus, and somehow, putting them together is better than any other combination despite having a bonus wasted.
False God's Devotion is the magicka version of VO, but it has a perfected version.
I'm kind of sad about that, but that's all. I don't have major problems in this game besides feeling like I'm dumb for refusing to slot Relequen. I'm not really badly impacted by performances, I can tell when that's my connection, it can get very bad.PC - EU - France - AD

Seriously. They are hitting some pretty low notes these days.
I suppose the worst thing for me is the Cone of Silence, and the feeling that they have a contemptuous attitude towards their community. Outside of the occasional PR dog and pony show, they are generally non-responsive. In particular, how they (mis)manage the PTS feedback, considering all those people are paying customers who are investing their time to comb through upcoming new content for them. I've seen 30+ page threads with quality, tested feedback, with zero interaction from them and nothing changed when things went Live. It gives a strong feeling of "What's the point?"

-I don't have that much time to play so RNG grind can often be tedious.
-Imperial City frustrates me to no end but I'm just a milkdrinker I guess.
-Sets are confusing and I get lost in builds as there isn't really a learning curve for that.
-Expensive Crown Store stuff and scam crates. Just let me buy the thing I want nd keep the microtransactions micro.

✭They have got to fix the performance issues. I love eso a lot but for the first time and I been playing since day 1 I don’t enjoy the game. Elsweyr has brought the worst kind of lag I have ever seen on PS4 solo play feels impossible I prefer playing solo so for me it really isn’t much fun there’s days I don’t even bother to log in because cba right I know what to expect.1 -

✭✭ZOS "ignorance" / lack of communicationI could live with the horrible performance issues (for a bit longer) if there was much better communication with the player base. Current levels of customer experience are, as a direct result, absolutely appalling.
Of course, it’d also be nice if they would stop breaking stuff with every patch. I can’t tell you how pleased I am that there’s no patch today - at least we’ll have a week more with the same old problems and no new ones !!5 -

Performance. FPS has gone from pretty much stable everywhere except some spots in cities and hotspots of complex stuff to random framerate drops virtually everywhere. The visual image looks fine though, but it's made combat feel erratic sometimes.
Oh, and the occasional time when all the buildings/scenery suddenly glitch out after coming out of a building to find nothing but the terrain and characters/NPC's wandering around in a "wasteland". Kind of funny, but there's a bug somewhere...
Load screens aren't much worse than they've been for a while. But just long enough that it's getting noticeable and annoying sometimes. Can't really say exactly what the pain point is on load screen time, but it "feels" like it's hitting that more often.
Sometimes it's not about the numbers, but about how the game subjectively "feels." For me, it "feels" a little more erratic.1 -

That should be the first and easiest thing for ZOS to fix. After that they got that, they should be able to explain the intricacies of the other problems to us and why simple solutions won't work here but do work there. Perhaps they will even get ideas for solutions from the forums as we do have some smart people here too.This Bosmer was tortured to death. There is nothing left to be done.2 -

"Player pet damage will now match the values in their tooltips. This means abilities such as Blastbones will now scale properly from levels 1-49"
and yet blastbones continues to do unreliable damage and quite often simple stands there and does nothing until it exploded.
So even if they say they have actually worked on a "fix" quite often nothing changes when the fix is implemented1
