Comment, information, acknowledgement, update, whatever you want to call it.. Or did i miss it? I did see @ZOS_RichLambert s post but i wouldnt really call that an update since, from what i understand, what hes talking about has nothing to do with console and pvp. Thats where i play so thats what im worried about, because its bad here. But please, inform me if i'm wrong.
Anyway, if i were to call this what it is then this post would be removed.. But if i had to put it as nicely as possible, performance (especially pvp) is very very very bad. And to pretend its not happening, while so many people post about it everyday, could be called MANY things but again ill call it very very very bad.
But please, let me know if i missed something about it. I couldn't find anything (besides the one post) but I would love to know if we have some real information or just the usual zenimax silence..

While myself has not really seen any issues overall, (abit of lag in sieges in cryodill during peak hours) and a while back we had a day where the performance was horrific I hear people on all platforms have had huge issues.
They’ve made several addresses they are aware and trying to amend the situation. But I’d imagine it’s not small task.
Megaservers have never been stable in MMORPGs.
Large world pvp has never been stable in MMORPGs. And before someone brings up GW2, the game has a lot less players then eso by quite a margin and they intentionally made the game graphically low to uphold WPVP,
These two combined lead to a huge issue, there’s a reason a lot of mainstream games gutted their world pvp and replaced it with a variety of instanced pvp.
Their easiest fix is likely to remove imperial city and cryodill, and replace it with instanced pvp.
As long as they provide 2v2 3v3 and 5v5 arenas, large scale pvp battles like 20v20 and develope CP modes for them and BGs it will prolly appease most players.Edited by Ixilith on June 24, 2019 7:19AM4 -

GW2 always say they have the best community, too, lol.
Blizzard don't, but that's only because it would be so patently untrue that even they wouldn't try it.
Also, I think they employ most of the trolls, sooner or later and seem to take a perverse pride in them being pretty unpleasant.4 -

✭✭Well I see a housing glitch post warranted a response from a CM today. Among a few other random posts about different issues as well from @ZOS_SarahHecker... Not sure if sarah is a cm or not.. Pretty sure one of those was to do with housing as well..
So the question now is when do we get a response to our issue? You know this massive performance issue happening on all platforms? The one getting hundreds of posts made about it over the last few weeks, and making pvp unplayable? Anything? Or are we just mud.2 -

Saying that ESO is "killing it" and having servers crashing constantly is hypocritical.
Want to enjoy the game more? Try both PvP (crybabies) and PvE (carebears). You'll get a better perspective on everyone's opinion.

well idk how it was for you but for me its gone from an unplayable mess to a disastrous, terrible, unplayable mess. At least the main 30 day campaign here on xbox. The 7 day is still alright but usually dead.
The way that 30 day campaign is on xbox is something that will always blow my mind. How could any single person at zos stay silent if they've seen that mess. How could they not feel bad for the people who have to play in it. And I say have to because, like i said before, the 7 day is usually dead. Same goes for no CP, at least on xbox. So if you want open world, at max level, your 3 options are dead, dead, and unplayable. Sweet. The only hope is the 7 day at prime time or weekends, and even then its still dead a lot of the time.

But people who dont know each other making similar posts because they cant find any information, comment, response, or ETA, on a major game breaking issue? No. Not spam. Maybe its just a thousand people who actually care asking similar questions. Thats why I said "without trying to do so" and "Its heading in that direction anyway".

✭I just signed on here to see if I had missed a change to the GCD or something with this latest update because my skills feel very desynchronized. I am also having to hold buttons down longer in order for my skills to actually cast. Like, I keep swapping my bar too fast and not actually casting any skills. It just feels like everything is taking longer and it's all out of wack. Is this kinda what you guys are talking about? I thought it might have been a (bad) purposeful change that I would just have to get used to but now I'm realizing it really may just be bad lag and poor game performance...? I'm on a base PS4.PS4 NA

✭✭✭The performance issues this patch are very different but just as equally (if not more) frustrating.
This patch feels more like FPS lag than connection lag. Don't get me wrong there's plenty of both going around, but frames have been skipping more now than ever before.
Can consoles just not handle the uber special effects that Necromancers are putting out?
Overall there's definitely a lack of communication but obviously we can't compel them to provide it.
I can only compel myself to play this game free until I'm satisfied with the service.1 -

I did.. I love watching them claim how great things our while I rot on xbox not being able to pvp in a populated campaign, or go to stormhaven, or run skyreach, without massive performance issues. Performance issues that zos is completely silent about.. I love it.
