Weapon swap/set bonus bug (Darkstride/Prisoner's rags)

Both the darkstride set and prisoner's rags set reduce sprint cost by 50%, so when you wear both it makes sprint free.
This works, but only until you weapon swap. After that, sprinting costs stamina again(even if you swap back to the bar where it was free before). This bug persists until you manually unequip one of the set items and re-equip it. The sprinting is free again, until you weapon swap. Video:

✭Real necro here. But I'm having problems, so sorry...
Have you tried this recently? I used to run Darkstride on body, and Prisoner's for jewelry/weapons. Never had your problems, but I was trying to run that build now again, but it doesn't work no matter how I try to swap/re-equip etc. I used it for a werewolf build, so it's pretty much broken now. Unfortunately... Might as well re-think and come up with something different, if I can't solve this some way. :-/0
