Is there a guide for stat caps?

I have been putting points into various skills and I just recently heard there are caps on stats in this game. Can someone give me some pointers on how this works? I noticed for my character wearing all heavy armor I got something on the armor stat saying I wont be able to raise.

Best to get the add-on called SoftCap

This shows the soft-caps and if a stat is overcharged (If a stat is overcharged, you only get 50% of the overcharged stat) on your main character screen so you can work out what stat to work on

What do you mean "you only get 50% of the stat"?

So f over charge stamina, all my abilities are 50% less effective?

Any stat that is overcharged gets only 50% of the value applied after the breakpoint. Example, let's say 500 Armor is your overcharge cap, if you add another 100 points of armor you will only receive 50. This would make your total armor 550 (instead of 600).

Ahhh I see, so it is diminishing returns. That's ok then, I am mostly Stamina at the moment and only hit overcharge once.

Are there any actual charts out there for soft/hard caps per level for all possible stats?
