What is offered this week?
The Golden vendor is a special vendor located in one of base camps for each faction in Cyrodiil that only appears on the weekend to sell monster sets that are obtained in the various group dungeons around Tamriel.

✭✭✭✭SPC is still a good set in dungeons. I'd be tempted to recast Mutagen twice every 20 seconds even if I weren't running SPC, so there's little downside to it.4 -

Definitely getting two SPC rings to have the full gold set. SPC + Transmutation could be a solid dps/support setup on a magplar or magden. Not that i pvp anymore, but just incase."I don't know you, and I don't care to know you."

Wut? Olorime last 30 seconds and it's an on demand proc every 10 seconds.
For PvE you have 0 reason to use SPC over Olorime. Even for PvP you don't need SPC if you have Perfected Olorime.

Why would you even play PvP then ? Both Cyro & Battlegrounds ? There is no fun in those left. If something, gold vendor should be buffed imho. Especially If you consider that gold jewellery has a lower & lower value as now any1 can upgrade it to gold quality... ppl are sitting on tons of AP and simply wait for the monster helmet they want. you are assuming that your group members will actualy be so kind as to group up when you need to refresh the olo buff on them instead of spreading out all over the place and running around like headless chickens. Olo is good with premades. for pugs, especialy dungeon pugs - SPC is still better.dirty worthless casual.

you are assuming that your group members will actualy be so kind as to group up when you need to refresh the olo buff on them instead of spreading out all over the place and running around like headless chickens. Olo is good with premades. for pugs, especialy dungeon pugs - SPC is still better.
You don't need them to really group up. Olorime procs off AoEs, so things like Healing Springs that you throw their way anyway, and it lasts longer than the cooldown. You can have your DDs on opposite sides of the room and still keep up their buff by timing them like 15 seconds apart.0 -

Olorime does proc off AOE's you are correct.
However, when it procs it creates a rune of light on the ground.
The only people who get the buff are the people standing in said rune. So, unless your whole group is stacked tightly the effect is void.
Also, SPC can proc out of combat, so you can pre-buff allies before a fight. Olorime only procs once you are actually in combat.
Both great sets - both situationally different.11 -
