Medium or heavy armour for stam DPS?
Topic. I'm new to stamina-based DPS and I've got an orc Templar ready to party. I see some people wearing heavy armour, some wearing medium. Which is best? Does it depend on the weapon set? Front bar is 2h, second bar might also be 2h but I might mix it up if I find that I can. All help appreciated.

✭✭✭✭✭For PVE? Medium Armor for the passives. DW/Bow is the usual PVE DPS weapons for stamina.
For PVP? Depends on how you like to play. Heavy armor is more typical because you'll be a lot more survivable. In Medium armor, you'll get the benefit of the armor passives towards your DPS, but you'll also be squishier. So its a tradeoff. If you are new to PVP on a stam build, I'd recommend going with the tankier of the options until you feel comfortable without the benefit of the HA bonuses or sets like 7th Legion.0 -
