Mag Necro?

Tired thinking of a more tactful way to put this but anyone else feel that magcro is like straight up unplayable and feels awful? Like I finished mine today and played around with the skills. Im like trying to put these skills together Into something usable and everything feels like a choppy, clunky mess.

Skills steal corpses from other skills. Ricochet feels really bad to weave. It doesnt really have anything good for pvp. I dont know, the mag like "tool kit" just doesnt feel like it synergies well together.

Anyone that agrees or has found a good way to make use of the skills? Advice for magcro?

    I enjoy it actually. Not the best mag dps but can pull 40k solo without too much practice. My only complaint is like you said ricochet is tough to spam and the animation for graveyard throws me off at times. Can’t help much with pvp but for pve my rotation is blockade, graveyard, skeletal mage, bar swap, blastbones, ricochetx3, blastbones, bar swap, blockade, graveyard, siphon, bar swap repeat. With LA between each skill of course. I do use the spirit mender in place of siphon sometimes. A lot of other skills are fun to play around with like the armor one looks good and may be useful in some solo play. But that’s about the best rotation I could come up with. Haven’t watched anyone else’s builds yet.

    The only use for magcro is pvp healer. I finished my bg/no cp healer yesterday and it can pump out almost 1mio healing in high mmr bgs.
    But its harder to play and less rewarding as templar or warden healer.

    My impression is that my MagCro plays pretty much like a MagSorc in regards to "drop 2 aoe's, spammable+la, repeat" but has an extra layer of resource management via the corpses, which makes it a bit meh.
    And if the dam breaks open many years too soon

    And if your head explodes with dark forebodings too

    Blastbones, ricochet skull and destructive reach. Pretty much all you need. Hit blastbones then reach for a stun so the blastbones hits and finish off with skull. I get tons of kills with just doing that. I also run caluurion for extra burst.

    The only issue is really that skull is easy to dodge but dodge all you want I'll just kill you when you run out of stamina

    You may want to be a little more specific. I've been having a ball with mine, second of the three new characters, almost level 50. BUT I don't pvp, so how it works for pvp I have no idea. Tonight I'm planning on a different version of magicka necro to see how that works out.

    For pvp bloodspawn + necro + crafty using blastbones like shalks on a warden. The best thing is that u get such strong healing thru intensive mender + mortal coil that u r so tanky even if ur shields r down.

    And the hulk smash ult + blastbones is an insta kill. If only the bb quit drinking ;)

    I can't play it in pvp, lag means blastbones just will not work. Fires about 30% of the time, tops.
