I play my templer with 5 paria and 5 blight throat. Templer has already faster revive and i thought Kagrenac's was a waste.

I've only found 2 rings of Transmutation on the guild trader and they are 80k each.

Just a side note, as someone who plays a support Templar in Cyrodiil I cannot possibly explain how useful Time Freeze is. The instant cast morph of the pysiic skill will stop a Zerg in its tracks. This is huge in keep defense or, really, any time a lot of opponents ball up. If you can time it with someone else throwing a negate or your own ultimate (I use destro) you can commonly kill a half dozen or more people at a time all without leaving safe healing distance.

Best part is that Time Freeze is magic agnostic. You will get the same results with 30k magic as you would with 60k.

Depends what kind of groups you run in, small, medium, large? And whether you’re playing a dedicated healer or if you need some dps as well.

As kind of a general setup I would suggest this:
Kagrenacs Hope, Transmutation, and monster set of choice (bogdan, chokethorn, etc, but likely not troll king as stamina users tend to run this set and proc it with vigor), 5-1-1 heavy with tri-glyphs and tri-food. Kags on body (4 heavy with light sash, impen trait, perhaps reinforced on cuirass), monster set (1 medium 1 heavy), Transmutation jewelry, Transmutation sword and shield, and either willpower resto or arena resto on other bar. Masters resto is nice in this build. You can use powered on both bars or maybe nirnhoned or infused on the resto. Impen shield.

We only need Transmutation on one bar, can proc it easily with extended ritual. You could run it on both bars if you don’t have other options.

Also you don’t need tri-stats necessarily on all armor. Main thing is to get to 24k health in non-cp (27k in cp) and close to 30k magicka (33k in cp). And then as much stamina as we can squeeze out beyond that (at minimum 13k in non cp).

Sword and board bar: channeled focus, extended ritual, honor the dead, race against time, time stop. Nova (increased synergy damage morph)

Resto bar: healing springs, orbs/shards, degeneration, total dark/purifying light/reflective light, toppling charge. Resto ult/remembrance.

Orbs vs shards: if you have someone using harmony in group then the damage morph of orbs is nice here. If undaunted isn’t leveled then either shard morph works.

Total dark vs purifying light vs reflective light: mainly this is to activate passives from the skill line (prism for ultimate and minor sorcery) but you can make a choice based on what you think works best for your group. For a more damage oriented build we may have two or all three of these.

Toppling charge: if you choose orbs this still gives you an aedric spear ability on your bar for the passives. Also it’s a gap closer, a stun, and it procs off balance.
