So I finished my StamCro Trial build (Relequen, Leviathan, Velidreth).
But I’m noticing in both solo and trial the sustain is horrible.
Am I missing something or doing something wrong?
What’s the rotation for a good StamCro?

Are you using Dubious or Artaeum food?

The food that gives stamina and stamina recovery from the new life event

Well you should be sitting somewhere about 1k sustain on stam, maybe a bit higher. And in general, yes the sustain is a bit tougher on necro.

Do you have access to the new Iron Atro target dummy? The one that is meant as a raid tester. You should see what your sustain is on that one (as the dummy throws you shards).

Yeah I just hit 50 today on mine still missing some passives, undaunted and a few minor things.
    Gear veli, rele, ay.
Food I was using was dubious
    Sustain was pure trash.
    I mean absolutely horrible.
Was kinda wondering what I was missing...
Going to try lava foot with some points into health but not expecting it to be that much better...

The sustain on Necro is quite poor in general, my Khajiit Necro gets 2k regen with Lava Foot (and blastbones active, etc.) and that's still not enough to sustain a full LA rotation on the 6m dummy without heavy attacks. My rotation is hail > archer > injection > caltrops > barswap > blastbones > rending > skull > blastbones > siphon > skull > blastbones > trap > restart

That rotation is basically what I do, obviously with the Light Attacks in there as well. You want to try and keep these AOEs up 100%: Endless Hail, Caltrops, Skeletal Archer, and Detonating Siphon (and probably Rearming Trap too).

The stupid thing is Archer costs upfront the same amount of stam you regen overall from confederate passive. The cost should be a bit less imo..

I just can’t seem to get into my Stam Necro.

Right now, I’d rather play anything else.

I re-specced my stam necro from a PvP build to PvE primarily because I felt the sustain would be terrible in the sort of PvP fights I enjoy. Also, I have a good roster of PvP builds, and adding necro didn't seem like it would bring much that is new to the table, other than those expensive, devastating ultis... which seem like they will have short-lived stardom.

I like the PvE setup better so far. Heavy attacks are still necessary, but fights in PvE are more static than in PvP, so landing heavies reliably seems to be easier. I have several gear setups in mind once levelled... but a sustain set seems to be an inevitable requirement
