A lasting winter bug

I completed A Lasting Winter all the way through the part where I defeated General Endare. I even have Reliquarian's Robes to show for it. However, now it is making me start from the part where I talk to Nairume for the first time. Please help with this issue.

    PS I killed the two copies within 3 seconds of each other, but one teleported clear across the room. Bug possibly related to the teleport bug. Furthermore she does not respawn if you leave and reenter the chamber.
