Does the Vesture of Darloc Brae Set work while in combat?

I am building up my Battlemage/Healer Necro, and I am looking for sets that help with ressource management, and I saw the Vesture of Darloc Brae, and while it is a medium set, and all bonuses other than the 5th looks pretty meh, but 700 magica and stamina reg every second in combat really looks pretty sweet...
And since I am a Vampire, crouching isnt even a downside for me...

JAwtunes✭✭✭✭Yes it works when you're in combat, you just have to be in sneak and NOT blocking. They added the second condition during the PTS cycle (thankfully).0 -

Yes, crouching while in combat will give you the regen. However, since almost everything you do will pull you out of crouch, it doesn't really.

Stellarvorous✭✭✭Certain skills till function in crouch mostly dots or specific aoes especially on necro it can be done even if your detected but still in crouch you still still get the sustainment from the resources
Far as which skills pull you out and which leave you in since you said your going for necro pest colossus doesn't pull you out the boneyard morphs skelly archer blastbones *hue* theres a few others if I recall
Scythe will pull you out most weapon skills will pull you it ...endless hail from the bow line or its related volley skills do not hrmm oh yeah the spirit mender doesn't pull you out so if your trying for a sneak healer it can work to a degree0 -
Stellarvorous✭✭✭Slight edit pest colossus might pull you out of crouch I forget you can cast it in sneak for sure but id have to retest it to see if it does
